Good thing we decided against a Caribbean honeymoon and are going with Costa Rica instead (go figure this will be the year that there’s a hurricane in Costa Rica)!!
However, it may be calling for a hurricane during my wedding in Williamsburg. Wouldn’t that be fitting though…you have a blizzard on your wedding weekend and I have a hurricane! I refuse to claim this!
Good news – it’s nearly impossible for Costa Rica to get hurricanes. It’s too close to the equator. I just checked – looks like the last hurricane to make landfall in Costa Rica was 1887.
Williamsburg would have a better chance, but it doesn’t seem like the main model guidance is favoring the eastern seaboard this year.
